Oli Hunt
The PPC Guy (& the more commercial one)Oli is a PPC expert, agency leader and senior marketeer. Oli has led various marketing agencies (digital, search & creative) as MD/CEO for +12 years of his career but also held roles in brands as CMO/Marketing Director. Over the years he has also been MD of a successful attribution tech start-up, has worked for various media owners and done quite a bit of freelance consulting which eventually led to We Do More.
Oli is a Google Ads Certified professional, has a BA Business & Marketing, MA Management and recently did the MW Mini MBA in Marketing.
Donal Langan
The SEO Guy (& the more techy one)
Donal is an SEO veteran whose been working in SEO for +20 years including +10 years as Head of SEO in large agencies and + 10 years as Head of SEO in various brands. He has overseen SEO for +200 brands over the years for companies of all shapes and sizes.
Beforehand Donal was a website developer and combining that with his many years in SEO has also become a CRO expert.
Donal has a BA Psychology and was a visionary with a post grad in computing & AI +20 years ago.
Our Story
After working together for around five years earlier in our careers, we eventually found ourselves freelancing between roles. Joining forces was a natural step, allowing us to combine our experience, share resources, support each other's customers and build something bigger together.
Most of our customers come through referrals or from businesses we've worked with previously, which explains our simple website. We're fortunate that our reputation and results do most of the marketing for us so far.
When you hire us, you get us. Not layers of client facing account managers, inexperienced juniors or inefficient outsourced teams. We've both held senior agency leadership positions and reached a point in our careers where we enjoy being hands-on, working directly with customers and helping businesses grow at speed.
